The people who own the funeral homes are friends of mine. They are good people and excellent business owners. My friend Matt stood up in my wedding. I texted him this morning and congratulated him on "making the big time". Unfortunately, we can all figure how this will play out.

Damn freaks.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

The squeaky wheel gets the oil. I yearn for the days those wheels were in the closet and not on every freaking TV show. They are the minority, yet every day we are subjected to their tears. God Bless America

Thomas Jefferson. The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I don't think transgender is a gender type. Changing the gender of one's clothing would constitute a violation of the dress code IMO. I know it won't stand but we can hope.

Perversion, plain and simple.

Gender identity isn’t a protected class. They should have a chance.

Yeah, He got fired on a Friday and called the ACLU on the following Monday.

Then, later in the story, claims he had a hard time finding a job after he was fired. No schit? Who wants to hire a sue happy tranny?

So basically if a man wants to retire and doesn't have the money, dress like a woman, show up for work, tell them that you've "transitioned" and then when they fire you sue them for everything they have, live happily ever after. Pretty good plan...

Seriously... What keeps people from doing this? Lawyers love this kind of litigation.

If we still had any common sense in this country it would be less than a 5 minute arguement. what does your birth certificate say? ok but you came to work dressed as a woman? does your employer have a sex specific dress code? case dismissed get out of my courtroom.

Funeral home will lose. Tranny will win. Its not right and the men who wrote the constitution would probably have tied the tranny up and horsewhipped it but all that dont matter. Sick and twisted wins again, now lets go murder a baby. Welcome to america, God bless us.

Hope the funeral home wins. Wish your buddy luck. Scientifically speaking,he is a Male with Male genitalia,so dressing like a woman is violating the work dress code, plain and simple. Leftist want to use science on some matters until it hurts their agenda, then they scrap it.

In my humble opinion, if I employ you and your actions negatively affect my business, then I should have the right to terminate your employment. But I am sure that's incorrect in today's PC law.

well I hope Tom wins this, it would be a big loss for America too, if he doesn't. on a side note my wife has that same red checked blouse that thing is wearing in the first picture, yuck, but can't wait to show her.
