So the forestry Commission issued a fire danger advisory today and added a link to the drought map on their Facebook post. If you click on the link to the drought map less than 1/2 the state is in a form of drought, with the highest being a level 2. WTF??
Either the drought map is wrong(my pick), the state is overreacting(plausible), or i don’t know wth I’m talking about.

Anything the usda is involved with is a lie. Plain and simple they don’t classify drought so they don’t have to pay out disaster claims to timber owners and farmers.

There were two separate grass fires about 5 miles apart today on 65 south, just above Cullman There was also one just south of Calera Thursday. And something BIG is burning now on 31 between Calera & Jemison.
