If I understood correctly he came out just before halftime. He was on par with last week and made some good throws. The competition starts to increase a little from here on out so hopefully he can keep it going.

I heard a broadcaster on one of the sports channels last night talking about Hurts and he said that he will be the Heisman winner this year.
He must have had another real good game.
I hope he does great all year long.
Seems to be a great young man.

I heard a broadcaster on one of the sports channels last night talking about Hurts and he said that he will be the Heisman winner this year.
He's the one to beat, for sure. And the soft Big 12 defenses will probably win it for him. I don't see how Joe Burrow isn't the heisman front runner after last night. 470+ passing yards against a "top 10" Texas team Probably because he wasn't that good last year. From what I remember at least.

Actually, both teams were. Their fans and players were in a big twitter squabble over it. Texas even had t-shirts with it made up for the game. In the end, neither was exactly "DBU" last night. Both torched over and over.

I can’t think of any right away Texas was just bumping their gums about DBU trying to talk themselves into thinking they could hang with LSU. They have a much claim to DBU as my dog does. LSU is the real deal when it comes to DB’s. They have great DB’s every season and just about every NFL draft in the last 10 years features a couple DB’s from LSU.

I can’t think of any right away If they did none went in the first round. Vince Young was the last first round draft pick from Texas. Great DB’s usually go in the first.
