About an hour ago I noticed it was a little warm in the house. Checked the thermostat and it's set on 72 but the temp is 76. Just checked it again and it's 78. Can anyone recommend a good AC guy in the Mobile area?

Sig Sauer, to hell and back reliable.

Whatever suits you just tickles me plum to death.

Can I refill your eggnog for you? Get you something to eat? Drive you out to the middle of nowhere and leave you for dead?

Did you try unplugging it, blowing on it, and plugging it back in?

First things first, cut it off. Then go outside, open it up, and check and see if its froze over. If it is, then run the water hose over it till the ice is gone and start her back up. Then call the man...

The outside unit wasn't even on. The breaker had tripped. I flipped the breaker and it started back up.

Had that happen once, walked in the door from work and it was like an oven. First thought was dang this is gonna cost me. Great feeling when you realize it's just a breaker

True but now I'm wondering what caused the breaker to trip.

That breaker tripped for a reason. Something wrong somewhere. Better hope it's just a bad breaker. Cheap and easy

Yeah, had that happen years ago, in another house, in August.

I sure hate it for you. About the worst time of the year, too.
You do have a cool name, though.

Maybe nothing serious, mine hasn't done it since and that was 3-4 years ago. Seems like there was a strong thunderstorm came through earlier that day and I just figured that had something to do with it
