Buddy's daughter is a realtor. Told me in our neck of the woods, just SE of the rocket city, they averaged selling 76 houses a month.

Buddy's daughter is a realtor. Told me in our neck of the woods, just SE of the rocket city, they averaged selling 76 houses a month. I believe it....anything within an hr of the Huntsville area, is going to change drastically over the next 4 years. Going to be both a good and bad thing.

Hell I could have told y’all that. It’s pretty obvious as to which parts of the state are thriving and the rest that are failing when you travel state wide weekly. Drive down the bypass in Montgomery starting at the old Montgomery Mall and go West. That’s what the future looks like. The old Governor’s House hotel should have been torn down twenty years ago. Damn shame that it’s still standing and that along with other shithole properties is what people from other states see as they pass through.

No surprise there. Montgomery is and always has been an absolute Schit Hole! Huntsville is a very nice place with very intelligent people living there. Huntsville hospital is also one of the best hospitals in the state.
Hunting brings out the worst in people.

Unfortunately for Autauga Co., all that development is in Elmore Co. Elmore is quietly raking in the $$$.
