I need a metal cover to go over our new camper at the hunting club. needs to be pretty long (38 ft camper) and wide (2 slide-outs on opposite sides that make it about 16ft wide). We're gonna make it prob 24ft wide so we can have a little porch/deck out the door. Anyone here do that work? I'd rather deal with an Aldeer member or someone y'all recommend than go with some fly by night outfit. Thanks.

If you don’t find anyone then I’d check out headley metal buildings in Millbrook.

Some posts, 2x4 joists, some one by, a case of tin screws and some metal, shouldn't take but half a day.

Which means it will take 3-4 weeks with my construction knowledge. That would be awesome though.

If you don't find someone from here, Waldrop MFG. may be a good option. I have a 32X32 carport, a tall camper top, and a 30X30 insulated shop with a 10' roll up door, that I was told came from Waldrop. That's what my neighbor that is related to the previous owner said at least. I don't remember the camper top dimensions but it looks to be about 14X44 and maybe about 11' tall. These were already on the property when I bought it. They seem to be fairly well made. I have no idea what the cost was. Their facility is in Anniston.

I could build it. Pour a slab under it, do some electrical and plumbing too. It would be very nice. Don't know an exact amount on pricing but it could be done. Have you found any A frames 24 feet? I've seen some of the frames in magazines before and a few barns built with them. It cuts out the need for a middle row of posts.

It be's that way sometimes.

Google A-1 buildings and garages. Ron Borders. He's going to put a 54' x 16' awning on our camp in Shorter. Quality work. 2nd job I've hired him to do.
