Yeah but you'll have to grow your case to about 2.015 inches and increase pressure to 50,000 psi. I messed around with 9 mil Winchester magnum the 9x23 and the 9x25Dillon (10 mil cased necked down to 9) not worth the increase in brunt powder to make a faster 9.
Only hits count.

The difference in drag between a flat base and boattail bullet in 9mm is absolutely meaningless.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
