So question on LIMITED STOCK... It may be the display and I understand for liability you cant sell treestands. Doesnt Walmart sell guns out of spinning rack so they would sell display rifle?

Not finding guns is bogus and I would ask for manager as retail gun places have to scan every barcode morning and evening to reconcile that guns all there and the inventory was reported daily. We did not leave store till all guns were accounted for.

Bunch of ways to "not find a gun" in WalMart and 9/10 times it's due to a lazy employee, lazy manager, or combination the two...It's been 30+ years since I worked there, but back then the guns were stored in a locked room in the back of the store. The only people with keys to that room are management. If someone wants to buy a gun, then the store employee has to get a manager, go to the "gun room", and find the correct gun (or box, if it's a display). If the manager takes his/her time to answer the call, employee could very easily say that they couldn't find it. I couldn't tell you how many times I had someone want to purchase a gun, only to have a manager not show up to unlock the gun room or call the sporting goods desk to say they were on lunch and it would be a while before they could get there.

Just bought a pair of Nikon ProStaff 3s for $30 and a pair of Leupold Acadias for $49 in Gulfport. Wasn’t in the market but figured I could give the Leupold to 10 yr old and use the Nikon as a loaner pair.

I'm glad some of us have benefited from this.It can be a pain sometimes to go up there after an item,but if you can get it for 50-75% off it makes it worthwhile

I might have done it the wrong way. wife has been wanting a patio furniture set for the back deck and brickseek was showing one that was regularly $200 for like $30. Local store showed "IN STOCK QTY 2". Called them, gave the lady the number and she said her computer said they don't carry them anymore.

I found where there were two at the Northwest Huntsville store and it show there were two on Walmarts website I ordered it and then an hour later they canceled my order. My folks live in Moville and I found that there was one at the I 65 Dolphin St., Walmart I ordered it online my dad picked it up for me. It’s really best to just go in the store yourself if it’s an item that would be on the shelf otherwise you’re not gonna have much luck because They don’t know where anything is at
