I haven't heard of any. And hope it stays that way. But common sense will tell you if it's in TN, it's bound to be in north AL.

It’s in northeast Mississippi too. I think Alabama is within the 50 mile radius circle of the case here.

Rumor in Tuscaloosa is that the Auburn football team and coaches have been diagnosed with it. Some say they contracted it in January 2013. Don’t shoot the messenger.

I'll bet that it's here, just not reported or confirmed.
Personally I'm not inviting the government onto my land for any reason. If I found the entire deer herd wiped out, I'd keep it to myself.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Cwd has been here for god knows how long
State just found a way to get a lot of fed. Dollars by killing thousands of. Deer
Mostly hunter doing work and finding a few here and there . Not gonna change anything
And the animals will build up an ammunity to it , well they say they do anything to stop it
Wasn't it New Mexico found it in the 60's not sure of decade, that's funny they going strong
Just my 2 cents tired of state making. Money off the sportsman throwing scares into them.
Give them a lil longer and they will find another moneymaker if you don't let this one spook you

Not that disagree but there sure seems to be a growing distrust of the DCNR. It use not be that way and a shame that's the direction we are headed.

It's a natural progression. They earned the distrust by putting politics above the resources.

central ala,
Yes, DCNR leadership has earned the growing distrust. And have earned it with a condescending attitude toward the Sportsmen. As any good politician will do, DCNR leadership isn't letting a tragedy (CWD) go to waste by getting the focus off of their failure (Game Check).

It’s truly hilarious that this year, of all years, is the year they those to make baiting 100% legal. It’ll be outlawed really soon. Probably before rifle season.

I have a video of a spike that I took in AL last Feb/Mar. Not sure what he had, but was definitely sick. I would post the video, but I’m not sure how to.

There is no reason to trust the DCNR, we have the all knowing Aldeer experts to trust
