Guides on Martin have been having better luck than expected trolling lately with down riggers. Might want to start looking into it for when bait gets scarce.

Good suggestion and I did. I went out with my downriggers and lead core line before when we first heard about it. I caught 2 total...not the same but still at least I caught some.

Yea..we were fishing with Mike. He posted the pics and all on his facebook page. He really wanted to get my wife on a bunch of fish during a hot bite and he did. It was a blast and now shes even into it more after that kind of hectic afternoon.

Not really Anthony..she wears less just boating around.

When we fish she wears a little more...but she did have to go swimming in a little black bikini it was so dang hot out there. She just had it covered up in those pics. LOL.

I do have some pics of that but shed kick me in the nuts if I posted on this site with a Bunch of old pervs like you on here AC!

Awesome! 'Huntress and I landed 6 a few years ago, fishing with tfd, and even just 6 was a great day...we both put our biggest from that day on the wall.

Strangest thing is they were actually rolling on top water this time of year. Big stripes busting the surface. That big one you see me with was caught on a POPPER!

Sad thing is we were doubled up and he got caught up in the net as my buddy was netting my wifes.

We kept our limit, including him , but the rest of the fish were good to go. We torpedoed them in and theyd take right off when we did.

We couldn't believe they were rolling on top, but as soon as we caught that one they stopped and were between 40 and 70 ft
