Just read where Capt Tred died in a car wreck yesterday. He was one of a kind and will be missed. Fair winds and following seas

Rest In Peace. Prayers for family and friends.

I really liked that guy. He became a paraplegic several years ago due to a spinal stroke. He never gave up tho. It was after his spinal stroke then a financial mishap where he almost lost everything that he hit rock bottom. But that’s where Christ was waiting for him. He found Jesus and never looked back. That guy suffered a lot due to his medical condition but he still didn’t give in to his problems. I’m gonna miss that guy. He was truly one of a kind.

I remember when that happened and thinking to myself, here's a guy who spent his life hunting and fishing and that's pretty much been taken away from him. Then seeing how hard he fought to come back from that and still carry on doing what he loved. Pretty inspirational. Rest easy sir.

Sad news. I Loved Tred Barta. I do it the hard way the Barta way. The man had serious disabilities but it never slowed him down. RIP Tred.

He was one hell of a man and hunter. I remember watching a show where he shot either a grizzly or brown bear with a recurve and wooden arrows that he made himself! Took big balls to do that! RIP Tred!
Jesus... I hope you know Him personally like I do.

Man. That hurts to hear! My cousin has his trucks modified like the one designed for Barta after his stroke. That was a tough fella. RIP
