Same dude. Why they facial bruising? That looks like a post mortem photo with the purple area being lividity (pooling of blood after the heart stops circulating it.) Obviously these boys ain't see too many dead people.

Obviously these boys ain't see too many dead people. Oh I've seen several. But i find it rather odd that that they left him exposed (obviously he'd been dead for a while) for someone to snap a pic, and I'm only seeing that particular photo on one website, but either way, it don't really matter to me whether it's him or not....

I'm not saying it is or isn't him from the photos, but don't discount the way facial features will distort in death, especially with lividity and rigor setting in. If it is him, the lividity indicates he was found lying on his left side with the ear pressed to the ground, which would explain the misshapen difference in the ear, eye sockets and nose. The fingerprints will be used as the true identifier in this case. BTW, the lividity will also give a good idea of how long he had been dead before they found him.
This photo, if legit, looks like a camera phone someone (a guard or EMT most likely) snapped covertly and then it leaked out. There will be a ton of autopsy photos, but this really doesn't look like one.
