Need an app that shows location and parcel ownership. Which is better? Keep this in mind before you answer, I go to the upper Midwest where it's really important to stay on the right property. I've been in the Dakotas last 2 yrs and will be in Montana this year. I'm not concerned about any other fancy features just show me ownership and where I'm at( if I got service) also need this for some new Bama land. So here comes the debate- what say you boys where's the best bargain??????

I go to the upper Midwest where it's really important to stay on the right property.?? That’s only important there? Not in Alabama? But onX has worked for me never tried anything else.

OnX works like a champ for me. As already mentioned, it works great where you don’t have cell service. Hard to beat.

On X is very good in Bama but you do need service for real time location
You haven't been blocked until you've been flock blocked!!!

Should have said important any where but Never had a problem in Bama finding the line. Usually a timber change or fence. In that open country it can be very tough it all looks the same

I use OnX, both the app and the gps chip. I prefer the chip over the app by a long shot.

I use onxhunt almost daily in logging buisness.$29 a year per state or $99 for all states .only drawbacks Landowners names will take two yrs to update if property is sold an some property lines are 10yds to 100yds off in some areas. It not exact but very close but 99 percent accurate on property I work on. Worth every penny.

The property lines are only as accurate as the mapping office in the court house draws them which sometimes isn't very close. Sometimes they are right on the $ .

I’ve used HuntStand because it was free until I won a membership to OnX. I’ve been using OnX for about 6 months now and I seem to like it better as it gives a few more options. My biggest thing with HuntStand was the adds but I guess if I paid for it I wouldn’t have the adds🤷♂️
