There’s so much bad information in this thread I wouldn’t even know where to begin. The new law allows for up to 0.3% thc in the products. You can purchase some of the oils from local pharmacies, different products than the local gas station.

I would agree,but if we cared we would all quit sugar, which is 8 times more addictive than cocaine ,and more harmful than either weed,cocaine or alcohol. We don't want to talk about it though because it is the one great socially accepted addiction. No one wants to quit their addiction or hear about how bad it is.

I have seen the oil. Folks with Parkinson’s, seizures and going through chemo. Is it a absolute cure? No! They still have symptoms but they are greatly reduced. A family from my home town moved to Colorado so they could have CBd oil. Their daughter was having several seizures a day. Since they started using oils she has them every month or so. They are comfortable enough now that they can both work. I’ve seen people who could not feed them selves due to shakeing start knitting again after use. I’ve seen cancer patients actually eat and hold their food down. Yeah some of it is crap. It’s like every thing else you get what you pay for.

a hemp plant and weed plant are 2 different things. The hemp even has buds that look like weed buds and are sold in stores. You probably couldnt look at them and tell the difference. But doesnt contain thc(less than .3%)

UAB has done tons of research on it and show good results especially for those with seizures, migraines etc. Those using CBD oil had seizures reduced by 2/3. Thats life changing results.

My employer is currently talking to their lawyers and insurers about if we employees can use it because even though its legal in the state and under 1% it still could come back in a drug screening.
If they say good to go I will be trying some soon to help with joint pain. I will not try opioids or pain meds that could become addictive.

First off...there is zero medical benefit in THC. Thats a proven fact.

The full spectrum oil can and will make you fail a test. You have full spectrum and non spectrum.. Full spectrum contains thc, which is the LEGAL amount within this state. And its enough to make you fail or they aint telling the truth of the amount it contains cause i know people that failed from it. The shops will admit that too.

CBD helps with lots of different issues. Sleep, appetitte, pain, anxiety. Basically everything. But there are differences in buying it from a pharmacy and a gas station or head shop.

If you dont have med issue reasons for taking it....it can relax you but its not noticeable after 2 days of use to me. Human body tolerance works fast.

I don't know how true it is but i heard an interview the other day on the radio. The guy said they tested 12 different cbd products, and 8 of them had zero to very little cbd in them. The law says it only has to have "some" cbd to be legal. Thats probably the reason alot of folks dont benefit from it.

Good point. Who really knows? They might just want us to stay away from thc so pharmaceutical gods keep control. I know i feel much better and calm when i have thc. The other stuff is just crap.

I know yall probably gonna hate my guts for saying this but weed makes people stupid. I never made one good decision when I was high. Not one.

Can THC help with pain relief and be non addictive ? I'm sure. But how do you administer correct dosages without getting completely bombed out of your skull ?
