I can say without doubt you are wrong, atleast in one instance. Just this year I had to step in on a situation where a guy was threatening a woman because her kid hit his. The kids were maybe 4 at most. It was in a line for a roller coaster and the line just cleared out. She was hollering security and was holding her phone in one hand. I let the verbal arguing go, but when he tried slapping her phone out of her hand that was all I could take. I jumped several rails and stood beside them waiting on him to hit her or security to get there. Someone she tried walking away several times and he followed her. He eventually let her walk away.

I didn't see any on the scene until the end. All the employees you saw up until the actual security guy were either custodians, park op managers, or guest relations. Wonder why it took that long for anyone to get there, though. We were always told not to get into it if there were disputes, leave it for the security guards. Disney didn't want more trouble than needed :P

I saw more than one fight in my time working at DW but security popped up in seconds almost out of no where. It was awesome. They wouldn't let Goofy sit around and cheer on the fight though
