The NHC is now saying there is 40% chance of TS development in the North Eastern Gulf starting Wednesday. We are watching the weather closely offshore as the confidence in system development increases. We could use a rain maker out of this but I do hope it does not turn into more than that. It's extremely hot and the GOM water temperatures are above average for this time of year. It may be worth keeping and eye on if it tracks west and stays over water longer.

Saw that last night. Pisses me off. Haven’t been fishing with my Dad in years and I’m supposed to some snapper fishing Friday and scalloping in Saturday in Clearwater and Homosassa respectively.
I have never seen a tropical storm start in Kentucky before lol.

Please make it happen for most of AL Matt we sure could use some rain in S. Bama and I know you guys up north need some as well. I have a projected 7 day rainfall forecast but I'm not allowed to share it due to company policy. Hopefully what it shows falls on our state as it's needed.

It's gonna go east and keep us even drier than we are now.

Way too early for a hurricane. But we sure need some rain.

We're getting little pop-up t'storms here with heavy rain for 2-3-5 minutes and then it stops and becomes hotter than Satan's taint in wool pants. Definitely like the rain, but we need some nice, steady showers for a day or two and then chilling out for a bit, repeat, repeat ...
