I wouldn’t care if it added 5 years. I’d get her name off the car. Especially if the judge ordered me to.

That's a load of bs. You can refinance for whatever term you want. Not trying to be personal but it appears your friend is a dumbass and his lawyer is incompetent

Yeah im thinkin im not getting the full story. Well we tried to help him atleast. Thanks everyone. I will update if he tells me that he found it. It just aint making sense.
