Is what I am down to this morning. I never thought I would get this light. I was 330lbs last August.

I have lost all this weight and literally became a new man in less than a year.

I did it at age 50 and totally healthy by completely stopping eating sugar,grain and starch. Oh,and by literally working my ass off exercising.

I have also never been hungry at all. I wanted sweets until I kicked the addiction,but I have always ate all I wanted. How much I want has drastically changed but this is not a diet. I will never go back to eating those things because I have since learned what poison they are.

Iv lost around 45 lbs since March cutting bread and processed sugars and soft drinks . I’ll be the first to tell you that is impressive . If you get a chance post some stuff foods to avoid or what has worked for you . Iv kinda been at a stall for 3 weeks , need to get back on the right track .
