Black coffee. I'm back to OMAD fasting and skip breakfast. Breaks my heart cause it's my favorite food, bit I'll have brinner soon. To add to the food list thought on father's day I had banana fosters waffles with bacon and fried eggs.

3 eggs cooked in real butter and about 10 pieces of bacon. I was hungry before I went to bed and I was HONGRY when I woke up. That may be enough to carry me til in the morning. Incidentally I have found that bacon baked at 350 degrees on a broiling pan for 45 minutes is my best way to fix it. It doesn't dry it out like microwaving it does and it doesn't make a mess or curl up like frying it. Nice and flat, uniformly cooked pieces as long as I turn the pan 180 degrees, halfway through the cooking process.

Link sausage, scrambled eggs and a glass of ice cold 2% milk
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Just polished off a Jack's b'fast special. It's my go to on most Sat & Sundays
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...

Homemade biscuits, bacon and eggs. This ... The eggs were fresh out the chicken too.

I've started something that has now turned into a Saturday ritual. My Son is working at Kowliga Marina this Summer and I've been feeding his crew on Saturday Mornings. Now, they all hit him up on Friday to make sure he brings the goods. I make his and then make ours. That looks great, and I'm assuming that there's buttermilk in them there biscuits. That breakfast skillet looks great too. I had a delicious breakfast myself. I don't have pics though. The thought didn't come to me until it was all gone.
