Sushi by definition is the rice, not the fish. Has nothing to do with cooked or not fish

I dont care to eat raw fish complete with raw parasites. To each his own though.

Get it in a gas station. They have the best Funny you say that. There is a restaurant in Jasper called Bayou Fresh. It’s in an actual gas station and they have some of the best sushi I’ve eaten. And I’ve eaten sushi in multiple states, countries and high end restaurants. They make 3 runs per week to the coast for fish and other seafood. They will pick up just about anything you request including mud bugs. We all joke about it but the food is excellent. We’ve even hired the sushi chef for a private party. This place is legit.

I've eaten it and it was ok, but I haven't had any that I would be willing to pay very much for., I guess I haven't tried the right stuff yet...
So, does anyone like Bluefin like they catch on Wicked Tuna??? Never had it but want to try it. No high end sushi restaurants around here to try it. Would like to have a roll of that as a side to some Kobe beef steak
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

For those of you that say”nope” have you tried it? If you have and don’t like it, so be it. For thkse that haven’t tried it, live a little. Start with a mild fish(tuna and yellowtail). DO NOT get mackerel right out of the gate. It can taste fishy and you will think all sushi/sashimi tastes like that I agree. Most people I know that "don't like it" haven't tried it. I'll admit I was the same way until I tried it.
