Usually see lots of pics of snakes folks have killed. This year, aside from the 39-1/3’ timber rattler it’s been slow.

Seen a lot a month ago, more than normal, then they just kinda went into hiding. Still seeing them but no where near as much

Here’s one from a couple weeks ago at the golf course. Bad part about it was that I was playing a match play tournament and couldn’t move the ball. The snake was mad and standing his ground. My partner had to keep it occupied while I hit the shot.

I went to the lease yesterday. We have a few wicker and metal chairs on the porch outside the sliding glass doors. Before I left Me and my buddy Sat on the porch for a little while shooting the breeze like we always do. My buddy was in the wicker on the right and I was in the metal chair on the left in the pic. later he was sitting on the wicker talking on the phone and saw it’s tail under him! He sent me this picture through the glass door about 2 hours after I left. He said it had 13 rattles and a button [Linked Image]

Makes you wonder if they’ll sneak into your house and get under your bed.

Just further proof that they are harmless. He didn't bite anyone because he wasn't threatened, and didn't plan to eat them.
