Was kinda glad to see this. As of last Saturday, no more Bluegreen vacation sales at Bass Pro Shops. Bass Pro Ends Relationship

I don't even go back to that section of the store if I can avoid it just so I don't have to fend off the vacations sales people. Plus, I usually just buy online. Yes! This.

The wife and I went to Charleston last year from her signing us up for this. It was a good basically free trip paid for by blue green. Just had to listen to the spill for 2 hours trying to get us to buy a timeshare. I basically had to get rude and just walk out Wife and i did that on our honeymoon in G'burg. Dude finally got so mad at us, he quit talking (thank God). Thought i was gonna have to fight our way out.
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

What's up with all of this sales pitch stuff y'all are talking about? I obviously don't know how something works here. Timeshare companies will give you a free stay at one of their locations if you will come sit thru a 2 hour "presentation" on the timeshare and listen to what a great opportunity it is for you to buy into.

Ours wasn't a free stay...they just grabbed us off the street (we didn't know any better). 1 hour presentation and then another hour looking at the condo's. Think i got a $50 check, some other merchandise and a booklet of coupons that we used and saved another $150-200. We made money on the deal...just not sure if it was worth the headache of saying nah/no 575 duzen times.

The guy in Pigeon Forge I was talking about was one of the initial contact guys trying to get us to take in a few attractions and in return we were to sit through one of those presentations. He stepped between my wife and the exit. That was after he had done the same thing to me. It took all the restraint I had plus my wife begging me not to go to jail to keep me from busting the SOB right in the mouth.
