I have a member that was hurt at work and asking to sell his membership. This is an unexpected opening due to his injury and we as a club are trying to help him out.

Land is 4363 continuous acres divided into 15 large sections. This property is part of approximately 20,000+ acre QDMA cooperative. We just had a cooperative meeting with everyone last night. We have a great group of folks together that are like minded on management. We offer a bunk style camp 3.8 Miles from the property. Unfortunately we cant offer private rooms at this time. The cost is $3500 per year with half due in March and balance due in mid June. We have a total of 15 members this year. If you fill this opening, the membership is yours to keep as long as you are invited back. Our club membership is invitation only and members are not guaranteed a their spot the following year. Each membership is based on adherence to the rules and management philosophy. If members are not a good fit we simply will not invite them back.

Our goal is to manage for 4.5 year deer or older. Each membership is allowed 3 Trophy bucks with a bonus buck allowance in place for management bucks we would like removed. These deer will be identified via trail camera survey and presented to group a potential management deer. The decision will be made to remove them or give them a pass.

We are family friendly within reason. If you have a large family we probably aren’t a good fit for you. The rules will explain in detail what’s allowed with guest and family.

We have a lot of game on this property and some very respectable deer on camera. No I’m not posting any pictures on this website. I’m turning over a new leaf, however if you are serious about joining Danny or I will share further information with you during your tour of the property.

I do have a waiting list I will be going through today, however we are looking for the right person so the opening is available when we find the “right person”

In closing we are serious about the management of this property and it’s vision. It will be a special place to hunt in time. It will offer the opportunity at some very respectable deer our first year. They are there and have the pictures to prove. It’s only going to get better in future years as we have a lot of young up and comers on camera also. If you serious interested in this opportunity please send myself or Danny “hogwild” a PM.

This club is going to be one of the finest there is. Great potential in the area. With all the neighbors on the same page it will benefit everyone. Wish I wasn’t in the position of selling my membership but other priorities have rose to the top of my list.

From the meeting we had with the other clubs in the Co-Op....I think we have some big things in our future!

I have more mature, heavier horned, heavy weight deer on camera this year than I have seen in the last 9 years I've been hunting it. We expect a good year.
