Burris ff3 on marlin 336 base X2 The marlin base will fit 870? Yes, just have to get it drilled and tapped by a gunsmith...

It's already pre drilled. It may or may not be pre-drilled to fit that particular base. See if you can find someone close to you that has one to look and see. Think it cost me $20 to have my Benellis tapped.
