Price check on 2 pistols

2 pistols have caught my eye. I'm interested in what prices y'all are seeing. Yes, I've checked on GB, KYGunCo, and Whittakers guns and Buds.

I'm surprised at my LGS prices compared to online.

The 2 pistols are: 1) Glock G17 Gen5 with night sights- New

2) SIG P220 Legion 10mm- Like new, less than 50rds, possibly only one mag through it

There was a Sig 10mm for sale on here.
