Remington 700 limited Anniversary edition LSS 280Rem

Any of you fellas ever seen one of these LSS rifles in the QDMA 20yr Anniversary Edition?

Gonna be hard to shoot myself with it when I don't even own any 280 ammo and don't plan on buying none.This one ain't going anywhere no time soon.

I got Limbsaver sending me a new pad for it.Got one of them on it outta that bad batch and it's melted around the edges.Other than the the rifle itself is pretty much like new.Only info I have found is that they made 100 of this particular edition to give at QDMA raffles in 08.It was the QDMA 2008 rifle of the year.I can't find a single one like it on the net that is for sale or ever even been for sale.Can't even find a thing about it on Remingtons site.

I'm almost certain they (REM) did a regular run LSS in .280 Rem. Same gun, same look, but w'out the QDMA on the floorplate.

Since you have an aversion to shooting it, I'll swap you almost brand new model 7 .260 for it. That way you'll have another gun you can shoot rather than just look at ..

I guess I'm just gonna leave this one in the back of the safe for now.Plus I've already had a mod7 260..Can't be swapping for things I've already had.

Never seen one in 280. Pretty gun though. I would break the barrel in in a cutover.
