Building an AR with an 80% lower

How difficult is it to build one? I have very little experience with AR but would to have one or several unnumbered guns just in case yall's next president is Hillary.

If you got the right equipment it's easy.

It's very straight forward with a jig and taking your time.
The longest step of it all was sending it out to be type III anodized.

She has the possibility of being your president also or are you some sovereign citizen type??

Is it legal to have a lower with no serial number?

Yes as long as it's a completed 80% or a self molded lower

It is legal but if I remember right you can't ever sell it.

Inorder to sell it needs a serial number,manufacture etc.
It can be all made up but it needs that engraved into it inorder to sell.

I know a fella with a cnc that has a program to mill one out with the touch of a button.I'm tempted to do a few;)

There was a guy on the web who put together a book on pdf about how to do one with a cnc machine. Very detailed with a lot of tips and hints.
