Homegrown Zucchini boats, stuffed with ground deer seasoned with SPG & some Italian seasoning, sauteed some yellow onion & bell pepper, garlic, along with a homegrown madder & the zucchini flesh. Topped with shredded mozzarella broiled until browned.
Leftover stuffing made for a pretty tasty dirty rice.
