Anyone ever smoked one on a pellet smoker? Looking for advice, gonna try one soon.

Buddy of mine done one on a egg poured coke a cola all over it and it eat pretty good

Done several on a regular smoker and all turn out great. Don't over smoke it.

I pulled it, wrapped it up and got it resting. Waiting on the wife to throw her sides together. The piece I cut off and ate was good, but I didn’t wanna carve off a slab yet.

Resting makes all the difference. Pulling smoked meat too early is sure way to ruin some good pork.

Well it was pretty good. It looked exactly like the picture I posted above. I cooked it just a touch too long but not enough to completely ruin it. Fed my N-Laws with it and they took seconds…
