It was simple and I copied a pic on FB for the idea
I used Mcormick’s mesquite seasoning and followed with these.
I got the blackstone hot before adding shrimp and catfish but had the frozen ears of corn already going. I freeze the whole corn ear with shucks on from a local farmer that gives them away
The okra had diced red serranos and some broccoli added with some Italian seasoning
Just heated up a packet of uncle Ben’s wild rice
It was tasty and wife tore into it when she got home.
