I believe I could eat it every day.

I worked with a lady several years ago that's husband would make about 20-gallons at a time. She would vacuum pack it and bring it to work and heat it in the microwave and give me and my wife a couple of gallons every once in a while. That was some incredible stuff!!!

Best I hAve had is CM1975’s he makes a batch every year during turkey season and it’s world class. He won’t make until turkey season so you only can get it once a year.

As soon as Fall hits the air I'll build a hardwood fire and cook some outside in the dutch oven.

I like to make several gallons once or twice a year and freeze it. One of my favorite foods. I throw in a ton of meats, but I love the veggies too.

Got a recipe you can share. Best I ever had was at The old vfw building outside of Livingston on dog deer drive hunts growing up. Don’t know who cooked it but it was awesome

Love a good Brunswick stew. Our church used to make it in big kettles as a fund raiser. Miss it
