Wednesday Night - Lasagna Night!

A couple of our friends are taking us and a couple of other friends to the Homestead Festival next month, and so we wanted to have them over for dinner to discuss things and just generally hang out and have fun. Of course there has to be good food involved, so since it was a work weeknight for us, I threw together a quick homemade lasagna for everyone while Mrs. Irish made a marinated salad and served it over a bed of garden greens.

We had a couple of bottles of a really nice wine called Noah River that my buddy brought. His wife Jess made us a homemade Banana, walnut and chocolate chip bread, and Mrs. Irish served it with some vanilla ice cream on the side.

Pretty damn good eats for a Wednesday night.
