Trial run on these ribs. I think they’ll be a hit. I added a hot BBQ seasoning and used real peaches instead of canned.

how sweet them peaches gonna make the ribs? Reason being i dont like any meat with a sweet taste. But damn it looks tasty!

I cut back on the brown sugar to help with that. It wasn’t too sweet really. I’m not a peach eater but with the heat from the pepper flakes it worked really well. I used flatiron BBQ flakes. I’d probably cut it back a little more if it was just me.

I don’t like wet ribs but the flavors really worked well together.

Trying these right now. Used Peach preserves and 2 tbl spoons of orange marmalade cut back on sugar and 2 tbls of red pepper flakes for the sauce
