I'm trying to make up my mind what to cook. Butt, ribs, Pepper Stout Beef, Brisket are all in consideration. What are yall cooking?

30lbs of royal reds, a grill full of Devotion sweet corn, 8lbs of Monroe sausage and boil 5lbs of baby Yukon Gold taters with brussel sprouts, mushrooms and asparagus. Oh yea, will also roast some garlic on the grill to make a garlic/butter dip for the shrimp and to put on the golds.

Tonight - fried deer steak - maybe fresh fried okra

Tomorrow - not sure - May buy some large shrimp - wrap in bacon and grill

Labor Day - May get ribeyes

Last night kinda different than usual. It was football time!
Boudin, brats with pepper and onions, cheese dip.
Today not sure fixed a big late breakfast.
Tomorrow baby backs, baked beans, tater salad, deviled eggs and bacon wrapped asparagus.

I just made some sausage balls and boiling some peanuts now, pizza on the egg tonight and ribs and potato salad tomorrow.

Not going extravagant this year, damn meat is so high I refuse to pay the prices. Prolly just smoke a butt. Usually do ribeyes or brisket. Y'all enjoy the day fellas

Ain't thought about it yet but I cooked some bacon wrapped quail tonight...I ate bacon wrapped doves last night...i may eat bacon wrapped steak tomorrow 😀
I've got some sea fish I may cook I don't if I got to work all day tomorrow yet...
