Leftover Crawfish?

Get some help after the boil and peel everything.

First sauté some andouille with onions and bell pepper.
Then add your tails when that is done.


Then add in the cooked bow tie pasta and alfredo sauce.


Plate it up with some garlic bread.

I bet that was good. Love the bowtie pasta, it makes for a good looking ( and tasting) plate.

Also, do a low carb seafood Shepards pie. Great use for Crawfish. I like to add some oysters too.

True!! Seriously, true!! Buuuuuut it happens. Then you get these great meals. Along with omelettes, quesadillas, sauces , and so on. I’ll eat till I pop then shell em for good eats later.
