A little Alaskan salmon, salt pepper, pan seared on each side for about 4 minutes each side... served with a little rice pilaf and some roasted broccoli and carrots...
Looks great, we eat Alaskan Salmon often. My wife has been a happy customer of some Alaskan Company that ships for years. In all the years we have used them there was one screw up and the company admitted it was their fault and corrected the mistake immediately.
