I got up yesterday morning and put a 8.5# butt on the egg. I pulled it off around 5 when it hit 200°. I made some pico and guacamole to go with it. After resting in the cooler for about 2 hours I pulled it, and we had bbq nachos. One of our favorite things to do with pulled pork!
