More cast iron non sense - 03/27/20 02:24 PM

Hadn't given much thought to my grandmother's cast iron pan that I've used for the last 3 decades until all the chatter on here lately, so decided to research it a little. The bottom is pitted but it sits flat on our gas stove and we use it almost every day.

I'll never forget the fried chicken my grandma made in this pan cause it's the best I've ever had.

I guess the arced Wagner logo is from 1891-1910 per some stuff I found on Google. Does that seem correct to all you gurus?

I knew it was a great pan but had no idea that it was a collector piece. I guess we'll keep using it!

Thanks for the info BGD
