Anyone got any fried squirrel or Catfish recipe

With all this time on my hands, I'm trying to check out some new recipes, and I don't have a good squirrel recipe

I usually use zatarans and add extra salt and cayenne to it. You need young squirrels to fry or it’s like chewing leather unless you power boil them first. I batter my fish the same.
