Corn

Just made a trip to our outside freezer to get a few ears of corn. Salmon and corn on the cob tonight. I know corn is not low carb, but sometimes a man has got to be a man😀 We are down to about a dozen or so ears left in the freezer. Got to thinking, it will not be long before we see the tractors and planters in the fields.

Read your post earlier and got me wanting some salmon patties. Did them keto in the Air fryer with bacon wrapped asparagus. Man it was good.

Actually baby corn is low carb, but it isn’t as good. We have keto salmon patties on the menu this week too.
