This meal took less than an hour start to finish including washing, rinsing and chopping the lettuce, cutting up the bread to make the croutons and then frying them in olive oil, salt, pepper and seasonings.

The Salmon was seared in olive oil and lemons and seasoned with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oregano prior to hitting the pan.

Mrs. Irish's Caesar Dressing is the best I have ever tasted and it goes like this:

1 cup of Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of EVOO
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp of ground mustard (Not yellow mustard)
3 cloves of fresh garlic
1 tbsp of anchovie paste
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp water or whatever is needed to thin it a little...

Put all of that in a ninja/blender/food processor and blend it up...

Toss the chopped Romaine lettuce and purple onions and dressing together and then at the table top the salad with more fresh grated Parmesan and the fresh croutons.

Yummy. I like pan searing dish. I'm down in PCB and just seared a piece of yellowfin and red grouper. I just used butter in the pan and pepper for seasoning. I liked it. You got any good ideas for seasonings Irish?
