Scrambled eggs w/ cream cheese

Scrambled eggs w/ cream cheese - 09/15/19 12:14 PM

Got a weird craving the other day and put some baked fish into scrambled eggs. I looked online and found several recipes. Decided to try the one with sauteed onions and cream cheese. Boy howdy it was good. Since then I've been mixing cream cheese in my scrambled eggs before cooking. Subtle taste difference but I like it. If you haven't tried it, give it a whirl. 1/4 block of cc to about 3 eggs is what I like. They'll be the fluffiest scrambled eggs ever.

I'm already pretty fluffy w/o the cream cheese.

I’m not a huge salmon fan, but smoked salmon, cream cheese scrambled in the eggs is good for sure.

I eat 150 grams of fat per day. I'm getting less fluffy by the minute.
