Everytime i try and shed a few, the Wife whips up something i really like 🤣 She ended up making 13 loaves of Zucchini Bread. We'll keep a few out then freeze the rest

The Wife's niece had never heard of it either, and she came over a few days ago to try it, and ended coming back yesterday with enough stuff to make 6 loves 😁 I'll be cutting a slice shortly, and topping it with some Vanilla Ice cream lol...

Now I've got her in the Kitchen making me some Bread N Butter Squash. I'll probably have about 14 jars, so i should be good for a few weeks 😁

Microwaved for 10 seconds with some butter on it. Mmmmmmm
