Spicy pimento cheese stuffed shrooms

Told y’all I eat a ton of stuffed mushroom and jalapeños. The ones with toothpicks have no japs. I did these a while back and forgot to post. I like them best in the cast iron skillet.

These were great but my stomach is all torn up. Had to call-in at work. I think I've lost a gallon of water by all my bathroom trips.

You did use pickled jalapeños right? I guess if you aren’t used to them they can bite back.

some have an averse reaction to the mushrooms...the first time Triple D (Driveby, Delmer and I) cooked in a gumbo comp in the MS Delta, we did some (homemade deer/wild hog) boudin stuffed mushrooms for snackin on. mr greenjeans (friend of ours) brought a crew by and all said they don't eat mushrooms due to the after effects and that they were patrolling later. every officer there had a spoon, eating the boudin out of the mushrooms and tossing the mushrooms in the trash! at least they weren't eating the mushrooms and throwing the boudin away...

Homemade pimento or store bought?

I got it at a butcher shop in Alabaster. It also has chopped up jalapeño in it too. It’s some count.
