So i had some leftover Quail (I grilled yesterday) and i decided to whip up a simple gravy, and i tossed in some wild pork sausage, and it turn out fine. And i tossed some Mary Bs in the convection oven, and slathered mine with some Homemade Peach preserves from Dick Russell's
