Quail

I've never cooked quail. Any suggestions/recipes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Fried with biscuits and gravy is my favorite way to eat quail.

I like it grilled with wild rice.

Not any good at all, so save yourself and give them to me. 😂😂. Just don't over cook when frying them. Just like bward85 said.
