Anyone even heard or ever used this before? Saw it on a website earlier this morning..............
SouthBamaSlayer made a post on here a few days ago about making almond flour biscuits, and I've seen a few guys talk about frying fish with it to cut carbs. I have not personally tried it though.
I’ve made biscuits with it, fried fish with it, used it to make low carb brownies, all of the above. Is it as good as regular flour? Nope. But when you’re watching your carbs it is a dang good addition.
