You need to give more specific directions with the prep and cooking to us.

i put a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and a splash of olive oil on the tenderloin then liberally apply garlic powder salt and pepper let it sit up a half hour. then I sear it in a pan with olive oil until it medium rare. for the onion i use the left over oil, one vidalia about the same amount of mushrooms cut up, a teaspoon of rosemary, 2 or 3 garlic cloves crushed and a pinch of brown sugar.
