Tripletail suggestions

I have some tripletail filets from a trip to dauphin island a few weekends ago I would like to cook. Preferably on the grill.

Any suggestions of marinade or seasoning?

great fish so don't overpower it with a strong marinade. fish doesn't need it. pan saute and finish in the oven. cover with lemon-butter sauce. darn fine eating.

Velvet is spot on. Not sure how well it would hold up on grill. My universal marinade for any fish is half soy sauce and half Italian dressing.

Won't stand up on the grill unless you put in a basket. Save your Italian dressin for strong fish and salad!
