Yes. Sushi (rolls or other wise) was one of the first thing I missed when diagnosed withT2D. After that I have found creative ways around my problem, and I am almost fully controlling my disease with diet alone. If anyone needs help please pm me my wife has one of those Pinterest things I can send you. Recipes like you have never seen.

It’s called a roll, naruto style or simply “naruto roll”. I finally looked it up. Either way it’s good. Of course anything dunked in soy is pretty good anyway.
